Job Details

We are looking for a bright, bubbly and driven Client Services Coordinator to join one of our stunning offices in the heart of the CBD. The Client Service Coordinator is the first point of contact for any client enquiries. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage all customer service related client enquiries
  • Follow up on leads & opportunities keeping CRM up to date
  • Assist Manager to develop and execute creative marketing activities to generate leads
  • Assist with event management for client events
  • Assist Manager with invoicing, outstanding collections and billing related enquiries
  • Team leadership and assistance with training team using Servcorp resources
  • Database management
  • Reporting and drafting of correspondence as required

  • A winning smile and "can do" attitude as you will be client facing
  • Strong administration and customer service skills
  • A focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Have exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
  • Highly organised, diligent and proactive
  • An intermediate to advanced level in all Microsoft Office packages
  • Enjoy working in a busy environment
  • Exposure in a business-related or luxury environment will be highly regarded
