About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a results driven and motivated individual to join our National Service team. In this dynamic and fast paced role, you will be responsible for supporting and providing a high level of support to the National Service Account Managers by accurately maintaining the AS400 system, producing monthly reports, accurate record keeping that will enable the Account Managers to create more effective relationships with our Major Customers.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure the AS400 system is maintained with accurate information at all times.
- Produce the unit deliveries report for Service Account Managers to ensure that appropriate post delivery service is provided. This includes maintaining the accuracy of all National Service Customers Asset Registers including unit details and photo.
- Check that the system reflects accurate contract details including rates and frequency.
- Produce the following monthly reports for Account Managers on a monthly basis. - Debtors Report, Parts Usage and Fleet Stats, Service Call Summary Report, Customer Service Overview Report, Customer Rental Report.
- Ensure the upkeep of Customer Asset Registers in conjunction with the branches.
- Ensure Branch Daily Report Cards are all accounted for on daily basis, are recoded daily and filed in a timely manner.
- Ensure Account Managers "Customer Site Visit/Evaluation" forms are collected monthly, are recorded in spread sheet and filed in a timely manner.
- Assist the branches with information and requests in relation to National Service Customers.
Skills & Experience
You will have high attention to detail, as well as demonstrated ability to apply discretion, judgement and confidentiality. You will also have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and complete work accurately and on time. In addition, you will possess exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills as well as Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
