The Role
This unique opportunity will suite a self-motivated and proactive Sales and Marketing Assistant. You will report directly to the Managing Director with a primary focus on providing outstanding support across the Sales, Marketing and Engineering Teams.
Excellent organisational skills, assertiveness and an attention to detail will be key to your success in this role. This role will see you communicating with clients to schedule our engineers, and prospects to book appointments generated through multi-channel marketing campaigns whilst providing support across Business Development and Sales Administration.

Job Description
Business Development Assistance:
- Build company information on target markets
- Build relationships with key companies in target markets
- Generate qualified appointments for Managing Director
- Sales administration
Marketing Assistance:
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage websites and social media
- Attend conferences and trade shows
Schedule Management:
- Manage Team Schedules
- Generate and present schedule reports
Business Administration:
- Assist develop and manage efficient systems and processes
What we are after
Must be well presented and a confident communicator both face to face and over the phone.
We are looking for a candidate that is either a graduate or is suitably qualified, with at least 4 years' experience in a similar role or industry.
Strong relationship building skills over the phone and face to face are essential
Excellent written communication skills.
Results driven with a "can do" attitude.
