Our client, a global Japanese company is seeking a Temporary Japanese Speaking Assistant to provide support for sales and administration activities in their Sydney CBD office. This is a full time temporary role with working hours from 9:00 - 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break. There is a possibility to become a permanent role.
The key responsibilities in this position are:
- Support sales in preparation of contracts and other documentation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholder such as supplier, customers, and group companies
- Process sales and expenses
- Support the other departments when required
- Other ah-hoc tasks
Particular Skills/Competencies:
- Few years experiences in administration
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, and Japanese
- Computer literate and detail oriented
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks at same time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a team and flexibility to take on various duties
