We are a family owned wholesale bakery looking for a person to fullfil the role of Administration and Accounts. We are situated at Moorebank Sydney South West.
Are you Highly organised and able to work with minimum supervision. Have excellent communication skills and enjoy a challenge.
Minimum 3 years experience working with MYOB is a must. Proven capabilities of Accounts Receivable and Payables, End of month reporting and reconcilliations.
This diverse role requires a person with drive and willingness to take on all aspects of running the office. You will be required to report directly to the management.
Some duties will include answering phones, taking orders, invoicing and managing creditor and debtor payments, ordering of office supplies.,booking freight ,ad hoc office duties as required
Some payroll duties will be required including processing super payments
assisting all adminstrative duties when required and maintain the office in a orderly fashion
Hours and Salary negotiable with the right applicant
All Applicants MUST provide references and photo ID.
Previous experience within the food industry and sound knowledge of HACCP requirements would be desirable but not essential also WH&S.
