Due to an increase in workload, this awesome opportunity will see you responsible for a variety of coordination duties including but not limited to:
- Coordinating tender process and documentation
- Compiling Bids, Tenders, EOIs and Proposals
- Following QA guidelines and a style guide
- Liaising with subcontractors & internal stakeholders
- Updating project documentation
- Formatting documents in Word/Excel
- General administrative support
- Document control
- Data entry, filing and archiving where required
In order to hit the ground running, this high performing business needs a skilled and reliable super star that has had recent proposals/bids/tenders coordination experience in a similar role ideally within Construction, Engineering or the Infrastructure sector.
You will be a confident communicator who can liaise effectively and drive deadlines. In addition to being organised with highly accurate and efficient data entry & MS Office skills, you will have a friendly and cheerful disposition and enjoy working in a robust team environment.
