Quality Training & Hospitality College is seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic RTO Office Administrator to join a supportive and dynamic team.
As an experienced RTO Office Administrator, your skills and experience will add value by providing administration support to our team, liaising with students and external bodies. Your role will include:
- Student record administration including data integrity and data entry using VETtrak
- Liaising with students and external bodies via emails/telephone
- Issuing invoices to clients
- Uploading data for claim payments
- Issuing of student results
- Provide general administration support to other team members
- Back- up on incoming phone calls
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 2 years experience in RTO administration role
- Understanding of ASQA Guidelines
- Excellent administrative, problem solving and time management skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to connect with customers
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Quick learner and ability to take initiatives
- The ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team environment
- Excellent computer and MS Office Skills
Preferred Criteria
- Certificate III in Business Administration
- Knowledge of Training Packages
- Previous VETtrak experience
- Understanding of CRICOS
- Understanding of NSW Smart & Skilled Program
- Understanding of VET Student Loans
