The School Locker Yeronga is seeking an enthusiastic Full Time office assistant to join the team. This role is hands on and requires computer skills, attention to detail, good phone and email manner.

 The successful applicant MUST:

• Be highly self-motivated and a results driven person with outstanding organisation and communication skills  
• Have a passion for retail and enjoy working in a team environment
• Have flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades if needed
• Hold a current QLD Working with Children Blue Card P, or be willing to obtain one prior to commencing employment.
• Be prepared to use a Staff Training App on their mobile phone to undertake training and keep up to date with company announcements.

Skills and Experience we require:

• Experience in a customer focused retail business 
• Good computer skills with high attention to detail
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
• Well versed in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Willingness to do administration tasks as required including data entry
• Minimum 1 year’s previous Office or Administration experience required.

Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Magento or SugarCRM is desirable but not essential.

Interest in or experience with Uniforms, Music, Technology, Sport, Footwear or Stationery would be an advantage but not essential.
