About the role
The primary responsibility of the Reception & Administration Officer is to greet visitors and direct email and telephone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner. In addition to this the Reception & Administration office will provide a wide variety of responsible, complex and confidential administrative support to the MASG team.
Other Key Responsibilities include:
- Acting as first point of contact greeting visitors and employees;
- Answering telephone calls and directing enquires to the relevant department;
- General administrative duties such as: data entry, filing, word processing, photocopying, postage and mailing etc.;
- Assist with financial administration including general accounts payable and receivable duties;
- Supporting and Financial Operational teams as required;
- Maintain stationary & office supplies
- Uphold OH&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for employees, contractors and visitors;
- Other duties as requested.

Skills and experience
To be considered for placement you will need to have the following skills/traits:
- Reliability and punctuality
- Proficiency in the use of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Working with Xero or accounting software desirable
- Being proactive, able to multi-task and displaying excellent organisational skills
- Having great attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Possessing a professional and courteous phone manner
- Having a positive and "Can do" attitude
