Working within a friendly and dynamic office, this role will allow you to showcase your existing administration skills and grow within a successful company.
 
The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Accountable for the day to day running of ad-hoc and scheduled office and administration duties along with undertaking works as directed by the retail manager and property administrator
• Be the first point of contact greeting visitors and staff, answering incoming calls and responding to general enquires
  
• Maintaining a high standard of presentation of the reception area and meeting rooms
  
• Maintaining office amenities including ordering stationery and entertainment supplies
  
• Distributing mail and organising couriers on a daily basis
  

The successful candidate will have:

• Advanced  interpersonal communication and customer service skills, creating a positive, courteous and professional impression
• Be proactive, punctual and reliable
• Strong organisational and time management skills
  
• Intermediate MS office skills
  
• Proven experience of minimum 2 years within a professional working environment
