A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Ad Operations Coordinator to join our Ad Operations team in Sydney. As an Ad Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Ad Operations team. If you have a positive attitude, are proactive and thrive on a busy work environment, then this may be the position for you.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Customer Service for internal customers
• Scheduling Commercial Logs
• Post Campaign reporting, radio and digital
• Data entry of commercial audio material
• Ensuring maximum revenue generation
• Customer Masterfile record maintenance
• Customer client list maintenance
• Business software, new release testing
