$28.00 - $30.00 Per Hour + Super

Our growing client based in Ryde/Meadowbank has a need to recruit for an office all rounder now to support the team with administration duties. They are a well-established, corporate head office with a relaxed and dynamic culture where they appreciate the balance of hard work and having fun.

They are now looking for someone to start immediately in a role that essentially is the glue holding the office together, supporting various teams with administration helping make their day run smoothly.

Working with the management team, this role will be responsible for:

  • Managing emails and responses to clients/customers
  • Creating reports
  • Complete ‘jobs’ using an in-house system
  • Organise inductions for new staff members
  • Send notifications to clients
  • Create and place orders for area managers
  • Attend to all other miscellaneous administration tasks

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in office administration
  • High attention to detail
  • Fast learner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must be immediately available to start a role NEXT WEEK!
  • Must have full working rights as this role could become permanent.
