The Company

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our Facilities team in our Perth office. This is a part time position for three days a week. The successful candidate would be required to work on Thursdays and Fridays, however the third day is flexible.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Coordinating and overseeing building maintenance and repairs;
  • Acting as an internal liaison point for all external contractors;
  • Providing administrative support; and
  • Coordinating a variety of day to day tasks, including staff uniforms, staff vehicles, amenities and building security.

Experience Required

We're also looking for the following background when assessing applications:

  • Previous experience in customer service;
  • Previous experience in Facilities/Building Management and Motor Vehicle procedures;
  • A sound understanding of office management procedures and processes;
  • A basic understanding in contract management, as well as accounting and business-related concepts and principles;
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team; and
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks within set timeframes.
