Description

As the Receptionist/Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders across the business. Your responsibilities include but are not be limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting of all clients on arrival
  • Handling a switchboard
  • Organising meeting rooms and catering if required
  • Management of reception area; ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times
  • Assist with the management of internal events and functions
  • Maintaining and updating the internal database
  • Conduct general administration duties
  • Provide administrative support to the team

Profile

The successful candidate will be driven, motivated and passionate about their role. They will have excellent communication skills and take pride in their presentation. You will have demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service or have experience working within a similar role in a corporate environment. You will be willing to take on extra responsibilities across different business units as your role evolves. To be considered, you must enjoy working within a team environment and be a solid team player.
