Your new company
This diverse and dynamic company located in an Outer South-East suburb of Brisbane, have recently undergone a period of growth. A knowledgeable and experienced Scheduler is required to assist the team with end to end administration support. This is a full time ongoing temporary position for an immediate start with the possibility of permanency for the right person.

Your new role
Your new position will be situated in a small team where you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting all administration requirements including maintenance administration
  • Schedule runs, manifests and consignment notes
  • High volume data entry
  • Following internal policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and entering data into excel and an internal database
  • Liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Address customers queries promptly - face to face as well as over the phone
  • Assist in processing payroll time sheets


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you will ideally have previous experience in a similar position and be friendly and approachable with a professional and positive attitude. You will need to be flexible and adaptable with any task, have good time management and exceptional customer service skills. Ideally, you will have experience in a high volume scheduling position with exposure to SAP, Pronto, Simpro or similar and can start immediately with the ability to work full time.
