About the role
Working as part of a vibrant team, you will play a key role in ensuring that the operations of the office run efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls with a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that the front of house area and meeting rooms are well presented.
- General administration duties and workload sharing such as typing, meeting minutes, electronic filing, collating of documents/drawings, updating of internal database.
- Liaising with clients to coordinate and schedule building inspections.
- Coordinating incoming or outgoing mail and deliveries.
To be successful, you will have the following:
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Intermediate MS Office and Outlook.
- Proactive “can do” attitude.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi task and handle high volume workload.
- High attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Exposure to the construction industry would be beneficial.
