Daimler Trucks Brisbane has a vacancy for a Junior Service Advisor/Warranty Clerk based at our dealership in Rocklea.
Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for checking in customers, explaining and selling service work to customers, answering customer enquiries via email, telephone and face to face, closing RO's and completing warranty work.
The successful candidate will:
- Have at least 12 months experience in a heavy vehicle/transport industry position;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- High attention to detail;
- A willingness to learn;
- Efficient time management skills;
- Valid Australian drivers licence
