Our client is a highly regarded chartered accounting practice based on the city fringe. They have a relaxed, friendly culture with a growing client base.

Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Client Services Coordinator to provide client support and administration assistance to Partners, Managers and Accountants. 
 
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining a database, including contacting clients to gather information
  • Logging and monitoring workflow and budgets
  • Advising clients of tax registrations and income tax assessments 
  • Fee preparation, and reviewing & chasing accounts receivable
  • Lodgements
  • Relief reception duties
  • General office support duties
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have previous experience in a similar role within an accounting practice
  • Have experienced in processing and electronic lodgement of tax assessments.
  • Be familiar with ATO forms and requirements.
  • Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude".
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills.
