Akolade is seeking a Delegate Relations Executive to join our dynamic customer and client engagement team – full-time, part-time or casual work available.
As a Delegate Relations Executive, you will be responsible for contacting, inviting and confirming delegates to attend our various conferences and summits across the private and public sector.
This position would suit a mature-minded individual who is able to be a self-starter. On the job training of our in-house CRM and delegate acquisition process will be provided to the successful applicants.
Job details include:
- Ensuring successful acquisition of target audience (target number and seniority) for our conference and summit programmes.
- Ensuring continuous engagement of target audience leading up to events.
- Ensuring ongoing hospitality and client relationship for future conference and summit programmes.
Job requirements include:
- Business development and relationship management skills.
- Organised and able to work with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, together with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationship.
- Results-driven, team-focused with a positive attitude.
- Good telephone manner.
