Freight Mart International are market leaders in International Freight Forwarding, Customs, Transport and Third Party Logistics. We have a Sales Support Coordinator vacancy in our Head Office, reporting to the Business Development Manager, the position is responsible for liaising with customers, overseas partners and providers, developing business relationships, responding to clients and prospective client enquiries, preparing quotations, marketing, social media and general administrative requirements.

The Position:

Full time support role to the Business Development Manager, will consist of the following duties and responsibilities:

• Assist with sales administrative support
• Customer service and maintaining clientele requirements
• Preparing customer and prospective customer quotations
• Sourcing rates and systems maintenance
• Preparing marketing and social media campaigns
• Recognise business development opportunities
• Ongoing training, support and future advancement opportunities

Requirements:

• Australian citizenship or permanent residence
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills 
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Experience in a similar sales environment or within shipping/freight forwarding preferred, however not essential.
