Successful Candidate

We are seeking an experienced Personal and Customer Service Representative to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the company. The successful candidate will support the company through a variety of tasks and must be outcome-oriented.  The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

The successful candidate must have an outgoing and confident personality to be the front line in liaising with clients and external stakeholders.

The person must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to take ownership of their work with the capability of working autonomously.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate tool box talks, creating JSAs, all administrative aspects of OHS
  • Assist with processing of claims and registrations
  • Maintain accurate and timely communication to ensures all enquiries are being attended
  • Processing invoices & account payments
  • Create stock and purchase orders 
  • Your day will consist of liaising with suppliers to manage inventory / updating timesheets / creating invoices / client relationship management & payment collections.
  • Provide assistance to the managers and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Regular reporting on financials 
  • Assist in legal, compliance and travel 
  • Drafting and proof reading of correspondences & legal documentation
  • Running errands and managing the office 
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff
  • Ability to work with confidential documents

 

Essential Criteria

  • Qualification in Business Admin
  • Minimum of three years' experience as a PA or equivalent
  • Qualification and experience of OHS 
  • Strong interpersonal and  communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience drafting Correspondences 
  • Experience in Proof Reading
  • Marketing experience including Mail chimp and Social Media tools(desireable)
  • Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Drivers licence and vehicle is essential for the role.
