About You:

Your strong administrative experience in a professional services environment will be looked upon favourably as will your ability to liaise and consult effectively at all levels. You will have strong problem solving capabilities, high attention to detail and a savviness for various technologies. You will be incredibly efficient and organised, with a proven track record of going ‘above and beyond’ in your role and providing outstanding support.

About the Role:

You will be tasked with providing high level support to the Managing Director as well as contribute to the coordination of the Board of Directors and various client Advisory Boards. This role will also see you coordinating multiple events and providing marketing support, ensuring the seamless coordination and running of some exciting business functions and events.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to;

  • Provide effective administrative support to the Managing Director, Partners and Board
  • Diary management, meeting management and coordination and screening calls
  • Take minutes in meetings when required
  • Prepare and collate papers to Board of Directors
  • Coordinate and manage multiple events from booking venue to set up
  • Correspondence for Executives
  • Marketing assistance on specific projects
  • Ad-hoc project management 

Skills and Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant position as well as demonstrated experience in event coordination and marketing
  • Professional and approachable personality
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Demonstrated show of initiative and a can do attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (CAS and APS Reckon exposure ideal but not essential)
  • A drive to improve internal processes and procedures
