Due to significant growth we are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our Customer Service Team. If you have experience within radiology and are looking for a new exciting opportunity this may be it.
Macquarie Medical Imaging (MMI) is a modern, comprehensive and world class private imaging practice located within Macquarie university Hospital and Macquarie Shopping Centre. We provide high quality integrated imaging services and are committed to providing the highest level of customer service.
This role is much more than answering phone calls. Ideally, you will have experience in:
- Multi-tasking in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Overseeing the daily operations of Customer Service staff
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Medicare and DVA submissions
- Patient billing and receipting
- General medical administration
- Working effectively unsupervised as well as part of a team
You will be part of a team that is the first point of contact for all patients and other health professionals, therefore, we require you to be well presented, have excellent communication skills both face to face and telephone, a mature and positive attitude with solid reception experience. Attention to detail is an integral part of the success in this type of role.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
