We are currently seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide exemplary support to the Head of Risk and Insurance Australia and the wider Risk & Insurance team. Based at our head office in Barangaroo, you will join a team of dedicated Executive Assistants and work closely with peers to ensure positive business outcomes.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include complex diary management and team coordination. You will manage high level communication with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate meetings and prepare Board and Investment Committee papers. Further, you will be accountable for complex domestic and international travel and foster collaboration across the Risk & Insurance team.
To see success in this role, your technical skills will include advanced Word and PowerPoint experience. In addition, you will be highly proactive with the ability to discern what takes priority, what can be handled directly, and what needs to be escalated. Dealing with senior stakeholders both internally and externally, is a major part of the role. You will have experience in liaising with Senior level executives and have the ability to engage with them on a day-to-day basis.
