Our Client is a reputable and well-known brand in Australia. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer you will be responsible for diary management, domestic and international travel and meeting coordination. A diverse role, fundamental in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders that will ideally suit someone with extensive experience as a Senior Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities will be:
- Manage both electronic and written diaries
- Ensure all mail and emails are actioned and responded to professionally
- Coordinate all travel - domestic and international
- Schedule and update internal and external meetings
- Follow up specific issues as requested, exercising high levels of discretion
- Assist in the preparation and production of documents, presentations and speeches as requested
- Communicate daily, ensuring all requirements are actioned, and any issues are raised promptly
- Co-ordinate communications on behalf of the CEO
- Organise functions and events as required, including but not limited to, guest list, invitations, accommodation and catering
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times
To ensure your success, you will have experience in a Senior Executive Assistant position, preferably supporting CEO or similar. You will display outstanding stakeholder management skills and you will have a natural manner with people. It is essential you have the confidence to deal with sensitive issues professionally and diplomatically. Above all you will thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment, and enjoy working in a role where you can truly collaborate and take ownership.
In addition you will also have:
- Well-developed administrative and organisational skills, including high attention to detail, prioritise and take initiative
- Ability to liaise at an executive level
- Establish positive working relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- High level of computer literacy in MS Office
- The ability to exercise discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
