Sensational opportunity to join a fast growing recruitment business in as Office Manager based in Sydney CBD
This organisation is going through a prolonged growth phase creating an opportunity for a highly organisation individual to take a pivotal and diverse role whilst being key to future success.
Responsibilities
Office Management including facilities and supplier management (national), staff amenities, general admin, new starter induction etc.
Assist with all marketing initiatives, including manage company website and social media channels through CMS
Management/Support of all ad-hoc projects eg. Process changes, product launches, bids (liaising with external supplier)
Policy writing
Governance for adherence to process and assist with payroll where required
Contractor Care including supporting contractors directly through phone, email for all queries and managing governance of Contractor renewal process
Candidates must have:
Min 4 years proven experience working in a fast moving, diverse role ideally within a smaller business
Ideally experience working within a recruitment / media / digital agency or similar
Highly organised and ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines
Outstanding communications skills and ability to deal with senior stakeholders
A natural sense of urgency coupled with high attention to detail
70-80K depending on experience
