About the business

We are looking for Junior Administration Assistant to join our construction based company in Port Melbourne. As Administration Assistant, your key responsibility will be providing administration and business support to the team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks, be the first point of contact for the office and be able to effectively work within a team environment. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

About the role

Key duties of the role include:

  • Answering incoming calls and redirecting these calls to the team
  • Assisting Accounts Manager with Payroll and Data Entry
  • Ordering and Allocating Stock
  • Assisting with Safety and Compliance Documentation
  • Scanning of documents, filing
  • General administration and business support

Skills and experience

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience in Accounting Software (ideal, but not necessary)
