Prestige Design Joinery is looking for an Administration Assistant.
Prestige Design Joinery is a custom made joinery provider. We are clearly focused on producing a quality product that will leave the home owner with complete satisfaction.
We are currently seeking a proactive Administration Assistant to join our team.
Applicant duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Front reception
- Answering incoming calls and directing accordingly/taking messages
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Photocopying, emailing, binding and distributing documents as required
- Filing and archiving
- Provide support to our technical team
- Assist in the preparation of proposals
- Booking of client consultations
- Communicating and update of records with the team
- General workplace housekeeping
- Running errands such as collecting the post
- Other necessary administrative duties
Essential Attributes:
- Exceptional organisation, time management and administration skills
- Have an interest in carrying out general office duties
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Confident client service
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy (word/excel/office)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail and accuracy
- Current drivers licence
The successful candidate would preferably have previous experience in a similar role, however this is not essential.
