About the business
Leading Bladder & Bowel Clinical Practice located in Heidelberg, highly active in:
- Health promotion activities for the prevention of incontinence through healthy life style choices and raising awareness of the treatments and management of incontinence.
- Community education regarding the issues of incontinence and self-management strategies.
- Provision of professional development and training to health and community workers regarding continence promotion and the management of incontinence.
- Provision of continence information resources.
- Provision of advice to consumers, carers and health professionals to assist in the treatment and management of incontinence.
About the role
- Answer VCRC incoming phone calls and redirect calls appropriately
- Respond to emails and take detailed messages
- Meet & Greet all clients for VCRC Bladder Bowel Clinic and VCRC education programs
- Order, receive and restock stationary and office needs and staff amenities
- Create hard copy client health records for clinic and maintain health record filing system and restock clinical health record forms
- Archiving files as required
- Preparation of workshop and presentation materials including the creation and printing of certificates of attendance
- Program evaluation data entry
- Set up program room for events
- Printing and maintaining marketing promotional materials, exhibit packages
- Take Paypal payments for clinicians appointments
- Update / Print invoices
- Data entry and sourcing for Client Relationship Management system
- Monitoring and assistance with maintenance of the VCRC website
- Write up and distribute staff meeting agendas and minutes
- Generating excel spreadsheets & statistics graphs
- Formatting documents & templates
- Assistance with event and campaign promotion with soft and hard mailouts

Skills and experience
- Minimum 2-3 years Administration experience in an office setting
- Intermediate to high level Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work well within a team / office environment
- Familiar with a variety of social media platforms and Wordpress
- Police check
- Current drivers licence
- Friendly, energetic, organised and able to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
