Our client is a top tier global law firm with amazing offices and even more amazing views across Melbourne. They offer great opportunities for their staff to develop and progress their skills.
They are currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join their team on a part time basis. Your hours would be 7.30am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for full front of house duties such as:
Greeting all visitors to the firm and logging them in the visitor management system
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Liaising with IT to set up video conferencing facilities
- Liaising with catering
- Keeping the reception area presentable at all times
- Take receipt of deliveries
- Answer all calls to reception and convey messages promptly
