House of Brand (houseofbrandgroup.com) and Screen Audience Research Australia (SARA) (screenaudienceresearch.com) are next wave research and planning consultancies experiencing lots of organic growth with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Los Angeles and Tokyo.

We have 30+ staff globally and growing and now have a position available in our Sydney office as hybrid EA and Projects Coordinator.

House of Brand has very deep client relationships across some of the biggest and most iconic brands in Australia and the world, and SARA works with Hollywood studios, funding agencies and production companies on the entertainment side.

Our team, along with our sister production/financing company Cowlick Entertainment Group (cowlickentertainment.com), is made up of brand strategists, research specialists, story-tellers and film producers. About the role

This is a holistic role where you will be across everything from performing EA duties for our CEO and MD to managing multiple calendars and coordinating projects that are in play at all times.

Reporting in to the People and Culture Manager, you will play an integral part in the harmonious flow of this funky and vibrant workplace.

Key Responsibilites

Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Admin support for the CEO and Managing Director
  • Assist with travel arrangements, diary management &  expenses
  • Note-taking in meetings, transcribing focus groups, typing up workshop outputs
  • Helping out with the general day to day running of the office.

Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate project timelines across the business
  • Logistical co-ordinator (external facilities, catering, stimulus, incentives and expenses)
  • Coordinate stimulus formatting, production and printing materials for groups, workshops and presentations
  • PowerPoint formatting and slide design to lift presentations
  • Coordinate in-house focus groups and workshops at HOB, overseeing Audio visual systems, catering, hosting and general logistics
  • General admin support 
  • Assist with data entry, checking files, as needed.

Essential Criteria:

  • At least 5+ years' experience supporting senior execs, project coordination or similar role.
  • Must be an energetic, can-do, multi-tasker
  • High level of focus and attention to detail
  • Loads of initiative, a pro-active organiser
  • Hands-on, can-do, quick-thinking solution finder
  • Must have excellent PowerPoint skills, experienced with Excel and Word
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal and communications skills (written/spoken)
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia

Desirable Criteria:

  • Prior experience with a research or branding agency (ideal but not essential)
  • Digital and tech savvy
