The Role
Office Coordinator - 20 hours a week. Monday to Friday 10am-2pm
In this role you will be assisting the Head of Business Operations with the day to day running of the office which can involve anything from ordering more toilet paper to preparing for a Board meeting!
We are looking for a great all-rounder with a ‘can-do’ approach and attention to detail. The role is varied with key touch points across the support functions. Training will be provided to the successful applicant, if required.
There is a great opportunity to grow this role with greater responsibility.
Duties include but not limited to;
General admin duties.
Monitoring stock levels of stationery and kitchen supplies.
Maintaining personnel files.
Collecting, distributing and dispatching mail.
Banking.
Assisting with organising team events.
Skills required;
Good verbal and written communication skills
PC literate – Word, Excel, Outlook
Attention to detail
Knowledge of Xero an advantage, but not essential
