An opportunity has arisen due to sales growth for an accounts / administration position in our professional visual communication company based in South Melbourne.  The role is Monday – Friday with flexible hours from 9.30am – 3.30pm approximately, close to public transport.

Joining a supportive team of professionals, the successful candidate will have first class customer service and communication skills. The role will suit someone who enjoys taking responsibility and working in a proactive manner.  You will need to be well organised and able to multi-task. Culture fit is essential, so the role will suit someone who has a friendly, confident personality and a desire to excel in what they do.

Your duties will include:

  • Accounts receivable / payable
  • Booking freight
  • Daily banking / bank reconciliations  
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties when required
  • Serve as the first point of contact for telephone customers
