An opportunity has arisen due to sales growth for an accounts / administration position in our professional visual communication company based in South Melbourne. The role is Monday – Friday with flexible hours from 9.30am – 3.30pm approximately, close to public transport.
Joining a supportive team of professionals, the successful candidate will have first class customer service and communication skills. The role will suit someone who enjoys taking responsibility and working in a proactive manner. You will need to be well organised and able to multi-task. Your duties will include:
- Accounts receivable / payable
- Booking freight
- Daily banking / bank reconciliations
- Ad-hoc administrative duties when required
- Serve as the first point of contact for telephone customers
