THE ROLE:
Working in an experienced and high-end and successful team, your focus will be to manage the Reception area and manage day to day admin tasks that arise.
- Ensure visitors are greeted and attended to in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain reception area and boardroom's orderliness
- Organize keys and couriers
- Assist in marketing and advertising
- Banking, Mailing and General Admin
ABOUT YOU:
- Previous Reception experience preferred
- Has a professional telephone manner
- Take pride in your appearance & presentation
- Very good attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint (Intermediate to Advanced)
