About the company

The Beauty Chef is a leading health and beauty brand in Australia with a growing presence internationally. The brand is currently stocked in over 70 stores across Australia and internationally. The Beauty Chef is currently stocked internationally in leading retailers such as Sephora, Goop, Selfridges and Anthropologie and specialises in health and beauty products, that focusses on beauty from within.

The Beauty Chef lives and breathes wellness and is looking for an International Sales Administrator that is aligned to the brand values. The role is based in their offices in Double Bay close to a Train Station and there is a Bus Stop directly outside their offices.

About the role

The International Sales Administrator works closely with the Sales team. They will be responsible for providing administrative support for sales invoicing, data entry and order processing for International accounts.

The role is also responsible for general Sales Administration, Accounts Receivable, follow up support and responds to all sales enquires in a timely manner.

This is a full time role based in their Double Bay office.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support and places orders for International agents/ distributors and Retailers.
  • Ensures International Retailer order processes and invoicing/ ordering processes are adhered to.
  • Responds to International customer queries by email, phone on a daily basis including product information, order queries and order taking.
  • Follows up on International customer orders and takes appropriate action.
  • Liaises with International warehouses to ensure all required administration is complete in regards to product delivery, returns authorisation and special orders.
  • Provides support to International Agents/ Distributors/ Retailer to help sales team achieve and meet sales targets.
  • Manage and process Accounts Receivable.

Skills & experience

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service environment.
  • Experience in International Store ordering platforms would be beneficial.
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable not essential but very beneficial.
  • Excellent organisational, accuracy and time management skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
