THE ROLE
The Operations Support Officer is critical to daily operations and service delivery. You will be the conduit between the operational and administrative functions of our Emerald business. On the front line of operations, you will plan and schedule work, liaise with drivers, manage our customer database and assist with training and compliance.
THE CANDIDATE
- Transport / logistics experience will be favoured
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel
- Proven prioritising and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to resolve issues and identify when to escalated to management
- Independently resolves issues, accurately identifies situations requiring escalation to a manager
- Actively engage with business objectives and focus on outcomes in the company's interests
- Able to successfully satisfy a pre-employment medical
