As a graduate administration assistant your main responsibilities will include:

• Be the first point of contact for the company
• Undertaking sales administration duties
• Establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Process new sales leads and manage correspondences

The Candidate Skill Set 

• Previous administration or retail experience preferable
• High attention to detail
• Well organised and efficient 
• Strong English language skills (written and verbal) 
• Proficient in computer usage (especially Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook)
