On behalf of a global financial services firm we are looking for a Personal Assistant to join the business on a 12 month contract to cover a maternity leave. This role is supporting the Global Head of Marketing and adhoc assistance to the wider team.
Albeit a 12 month contract, the business is highly loyal and looks after employees who show talent and willing and will do their best to keep on in the business after the contract finishes. Our client is looking for a switched-on, hard-working PA who has previous experience within Finance and/or Property. This candidate will come with 3-5 years' experience within a similar role.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Diary management, booking meetings and conference calls for the Head of Marketing and direct reports.
- Inbox management to the Head of Marketing.
- Organising extensive travel, both domestic and international.
- Managing expenses for the Head of Marketing.
- Running reports and putting together meeting packs.
- Formatting and proof reading documents.
- Organising team building events and booking restaurants for external meetings.
- Working closely with other Team Assistants and Personal Assistants across the area.
If you have an interest in marketing this would be attractive, however, it is not essential.
