THE ROLE:

We now have an exciting opportunity in our Head Office for a full time Receptionist/ Administration Assistant. This role will proactively support Head Office, our buying department and our retail store teams.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and possesses the skills attained from previous reception/administration/accounts work experience. You will be an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with a can do attitude. You will play an integral role in the smooth running of the front desk and head office by taking ownership of admin processes. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing the highest level of customer service
  • Meeting and greeting Head Office guests
  • Administration support
  • Accounts payable support, entering of invoices
  • Stationery and office supply management
  • Assist the Buying department with administration and freight tasks
  • Ensure cleanliness of front office and kitchen spaces
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and correspondence and general office administration as required
  • Filing, records management and other ad hoc accounts duties as requested
  • Collection and sending of parcels
  • Payroll and bank reconciliation assistance
  • Booking flights and accommodation for all staff

EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have previous Reception and Administration experience
  • Finance & Retail administration experience ideal but not essential
