Our business is experiencing tremendous growth and we are now looking for a self-motivated, switched-on and dynamic Administrator to join our Corp. Sales Dept. (CSD). It also enables an amazing opportunity to join a successful team with plenty of opportunity for growth and development and build a long-term career in the industry. 

Your role will include (but not limited to):

  • Maintain effective and accurate information and management systems in all client enquiries.
  • Receive, review and process internal stakeholder requests and update all required databases on an ongoing basis
  • Review and validate all promotion applications within sales department
  • Develop and upload documents on the intranet
  • Prepare periodical reports and relevant underpinning documents
  • Prepare relevant information and execution of sales accreditations & validations on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure that processes are followed when there is a change and that all staff are informed of their obligations in relations to changes in legislation, business policies and processes
  • Provide support in weekly sales meetings.
  • Manage all internal and external administration and liaison tasks associated with periodical learning of sales team

We are after the Right YOU with:

  • Bachelor's Degree and Right to work and live in Australia indefinitely with valid AU visa
  • A high standard of computer literacy and MS Office
  • Able to work in a dynamic and demanding role
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • The ability to problem solve and dialogue effectively with a range of staff
  • Commitment to process, accuracy and timeliness
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • The ability to maintain high level of Privacy and Confidentiality with information
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
