IT'S NOT JUST A RECEPTIONIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR!

This opening for a Receptionist/Administrator is the MOST CRITICAL role of all.

Some of the skillsets and attributes we are hunting for in this particular role will be determined on the following...

1. You will be the first person greeting clients/visitors in the office.

SKILLS WE LOOK FOR: 

PRESENTATION - CUSTOMER SERVICE - FRIENDLY & OUTGOING PERSONALITY - ENERGETIC - HIGHLY DRIVEN

2. The first person to answer all incoming calls over the phone and taking messages for the team.

SKILLS WE LOOK FOR: 

CONFIDENT COMMUNICATOR - GREAT LISTENING SKILLS - KEEN EYE FOR DETAIL

3. Ensure the office is running smoothly for both the rentals and sales teams. 

SKILLS WE LOOK FOR:  

SELF MOTIVATED, ORGANISATION - TIME MANAGEMENT - ACCOUNTABILITY - ABILITY TO MULTI TASK - FORWARD THINKING 

It is not essential for this person to have worked in the industry prior, however having your Agents Representative certificate completed or in the process of completing will be required along with a current National Police Check.

As the "GO TO" person, you will work closely assisting both the rentals and sales teams as well as assisting office management with all secretarial duties.

With no two days being the same in this high pressure/fast paced yet fun environment, if your someone who displays a keen attitude, eager and passionate to join this dynamic agency and grow, we want to hear from you.

This role will be working full time Monday to Friday and availability to start immediately.  Salary depending on industry experience and/or similar role $50k-55k+Super
