About the role
ERT Group are seeking office all-rounder with a focus on good data entry and customer service skills. Role would suit someone with office administration/receptionist experiences.

Duties
- Basic Administration/data entry
- General receptionist duties including: answering telephones, filing and answering of emails
- Payroll
- Following up on payments from customers
- Entering invoices & quotes using xero system
- Ordering items from different suppliers
- Speaking with customers
- Entering the Schedules
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed during busy periods
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Dedicated and punctual
