About the Role

We have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer who thrives supporting daily customer sales and liaising with product suppliers.   Working school hours across the week, you will be responsible for responding to incoming customer queries and taking phone and web orders.  This will require daily invoicing, creating supplier purchase orders, organising postage or couriers, and general office administration to support the team on product releases and key projects.

 

About You

You will have experience in customer service roles, demonstrate strong attention to detail, be exceptionally organised and a hard worker.  A strong customer service ethic is key, as is your ability to work under pressure and deliver daily tasks.   

Our successful candidate will have a positive attitude, willingness to show initiative with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.  You will be part of a small team so shared accountability to get all tasks done is a must, with good communication and relationship skills.
