Council Liason Officer
The Council Liason Officer is one of the keystones of this business. You will act as a liaison, provide product & services information and resolve any emerging problems that their clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction from deposit to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with various internal departments and external authorities
- Managing incoming calls and providing superior customer service throughout the process of the clients new home build
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients on all contract and council requirements;
- Provide regular and timely reporting to management regarding status and progress of approvals including identifying pending issues so they can be addressed
- Update and support clients throughout the process from pre-construction to handover;
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Experience/ Skills/Qualifications:
Ideally, you will be a professional Customer Service Representative who has:
- Previous Council Liason experience in the Construction Industry is highly desired.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- A confident and friendly personality with the ability to work in a team environment
