Our client base at Lytton is currently seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service Officer to provide high quality customer assistance and sales to our clients bring customer satisfaction to a higher level within our close-knit team.
Reporting to the National Manger of Client Services working within their close-knit team you will be responsible for:
- Managing customer interactions end to end mainly over the phone or via email.
- Being the first point of contact for our customers and striving for first call resolutions
- Following up with clients to provide frequent updates and order status
- Clerical duties - such as Data entry, invoicing & running reports
- Keep up to date with product knowledge to ensure customer service levels are met
- Problem solving and complaint resolution
To be successful in the role you should possess the following -
- Previous experience in a similar enviroment
- A certificate in Business Administration (Desirable)
- Knowledge of SAP - Sales and distribution modules
- Experience working with Word, Excel and Powerpoint - intermediate
- Great time management skills
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
