Our client base at Lytton is currently seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service Officer to provide high quality customer assistance and sales to our clients bring customer satisfaction to a higher level within our close-knit team.

 

Reporting to the National Manger of Client Services working within their close-knit team you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer interactions end to end mainly over the phone or via email.
  • Being the first point of contact for our customers and striving for first call resolutions
  • Following up with clients to provide frequent updates and order status
  • Clerical duties - such as Data entry, invoicing & running reports
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge to ensure customer service levels are met
  • Problem solving and complaint resolution

 

To be successful in the role you should possess the following -

  • Previous experience in a similar enviroment
  • A certificate in Business Administration (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of SAP - Sales and distribution modules
  • Experience working with Word, Excel and Powerpoint - intermediate
  • Great time management skills
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
