- Font Office Customer Service Experience
- Experienced in all aspects Telephone Operating
- Experienced Computer skills
- Experience handling multiple calls
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised & motivated
- Car Licence
Essential Duties
- Front Office Customer Service
- Answering all incoming calls
- Taking accurate details and delivering messages documenting & emailing
- Greeting customers & providing general information about the organization
- Eftpos & Cash Handling
- Accurate Invoicing
- Processing payments
- Filing /Faxing /Scanning Data Entry
- Errands & Delivery's
- Other similar duties are included
