The role is responsible to manage all administrative tasks to make sure the Retail Enhancement team are enabled to perform their duties. Effectively communicate with the Retail Enhancement team and relevant stakeholders. Manage expenses to budget and proactively suggest improvements.
Your new role
- Manage task distribution and management for administrative team members
- Conduct one on one meetings and performance discussions
- Prepare and review appropriate communications solutions for target audiences
- Consult with project managers to assess impacts of project scope and implications throughout project timelines, including development of strategies, readiness assessments, development of training and communications
- Manage and co-ordinate national meetings in consultation with Retail Enhancement Team Managers, and ensure action items are followed up and escalated as necessary
- Act as a team leader or project manager overseeing projects or special assignments and work with fellow team members to share knowledge on how to use technological tools to increase quality, productivity and efficiency
Co-ordinate and drive retail conference for each launch. Including but not limited to;
- Agenda
- Attendance and accommodation arrangements
- Vender/Venue selection
- Welcome packs
- Stakeholder engagement and sign off
- Travel arrangements
Collation of all Telco Related Communications;
- Carrier/Retail Activity
- Promotions
- Conference planning & event management
- Retail Executions
- HQ Data (Dashboards)
About you
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Experience in mobile technology or a related field is a significant advantage
- Extensive administration experience across a similar job function
- Experience in organising corporate events would be an advantage
- Work autonomously without supervision
- Ability to translate analysis and insights into a plan and actions
- Demonstrated high attention to detail
- Demonstrated high level time management and organisation skills
- Be a problem solver
