Small long established family-owned company is seeking an experienced administration support for a Part-Time position (potential full time) located in Keysborough.
Hour of work start 3 to 4 days Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm
The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who has worked in a fast paced office environment in the past and is a task driven individual.
Your duties will include:
· Provide support and administrative services
· Handling customer and client queries
· Data Entry & Invoicing
· Emailing
· Creating forms
· Basic accounting functions, such as petty cash
· Processing and preparation of orders.
· Some manual lifting involved.
· Ad hoc duties as required
What we’re looking for:
· Intermediate level Microsoft Office
· Good communication skills both written and oral
· Solid experience in a previous administration role
· Excellent time management skills
· Be able to structure and plan your own day
· Knowledge of MYOB not essential but advantageous.
