The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our Unanderra Team. This is a sales focused role that requires a high level of customer service and the ability to work part of a dynamic and driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong customer service skills and sales focus
- Building relationships with customers over the phone and face-to-face
- Receiving and processing of orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Communicating in a timely manner to external customers and internal customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Processing cash and eftpos transactions
- Confidence in using MS Office applications in essential
