The Responsibility

Working in a professional yet fast paced and team orientated environment, your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Working closely with two partners managing daily support required;
  • Management of diaries, appointments and scheduling priorities;
  • Building strong relationships with executive leadership, Associates, Tax-team and stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • End to end management of all travel, accommodation and logistics 
  • Events management and conference coordination including catering
  • Contract review and collation
  • Managing monthly billing processes & client invoicing requirements
  • Administration of executive meetings, including producing documents and presentations
    Ad-hoc needs in a proactive manner to support the delay demand of your executives.
  • Time entry-production of narratives, creation of glossaries etc.
  • Processing expense claims & processing & distribution of draft bills to authors
  • Managing various ongoing projects within the firm
  • Assisting with client events & social functions within the firm 

The Expertise


To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • Experience supporting at an executive level in a corporate environment
  • An upbeat, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt within a fast paced working environment
  • Strong communication skills and a professional eye for detail
  • Exposure in a corporate environment with engineering or similar industries highly beneficial
  • Significant knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications 
  • A minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
  • Polished in presentation with excellent communication skills
  • Experience using SAP would be extremely beneficial but not essential
  • Full work rights in Australia
